Contract Exhibits means the Exhibits attached to, or referenced in, this Contract. “Contract Manager” has the meaning given in Section 21. The Contract Managerfor Treasury’s controlled disbursement and EFT Services will also verify completeness and quality of activities and tools, and provide validation that the resulting work products support the business objectives and goals of the Department. Related to Contract Exhibits

  • Addendum/Addenda means formally issued written or graphic modifications and/or interpretations of the Construction Documents that may add to, delete from, clarify or correct the description and/or scope of the Work. Addenda are issued during the bidding phase of the project.

  • Annexures means any of the annexures, appendices, supplements or documents annexed to this Agreement and as amended from time to time;

  • Addenda/Addendum means written supplemental additions, deletions, and modifications to the provisions of the RFQ issued by the Department, after the date of issuance of the RFQ.

References to any statute or act, without additional reference, shall be deemed to refer to federal statutes and acts of the United States. References to any agreement, instrument or document shall include all schedules, exhibits, annexes and other attachments thereto. As used in this Agreement, the meaning of the term “material” or the phrase “in all material respects” is intended to refer to an act, omission, violation or condition which reflects or could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.   • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Annexure A means the Contractor’s tender to supply the Product or render the Services or works to JOBURG MARKET in terms of the scope of work and on the terms and conditions, pricing and payment terms set out therein.

  • Addenda or Addendum means additional directions, modifications and alternations to solicitation which is issued as separate document prior to the time of receipt of bids or proposals

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Addendum/Addenda means a change, or addition, or correction significant enough to be formally made to this RFP. Addenda are posted on the City websites.

  • Data Use Agreement means the agreement incorporated into the Contract to facilitate creation, receipt, maintenance, use, disclosure or access to Confidential Information.

  • Appendices has the meaning ascribed to it in the recitals to the Agreement.

  • Annexure E means, if applicable in terms of the scope of work, the Contractor’s Project Plan delivered to JOBURG MARKET within the time specified therefore.

  • Technical Agreement means any technical or quality agreements signed by You (or Your Affiliate) and RB (or RB’s Affiliates) specifying technical and quality responsibilities in respect of the Output entered into prior to the date of the Order.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Exhibits means the several exhibits referred to and identified in this Agreement.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;

  • Annexure C means, if applicable to the subject matter of this Agreement and the Contractor’s obligations in terms thereof, the Contractor’s Personnel Schedule.

  • Addendum means a written official modification to an IFB.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;
