Contract Documents definition

Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
Contract Documents means collectively the Tender Documents, Designs, Drawings, Specification, Schedule of Quantities and Rates, Letter of Acceptance and agreed variations if any, and such other documents constituting the tender and acceptance thereof.
Contract Documents means the documents specified in Article1.1(Contract Documents) of the Contract Agreement (including any amendments to these Documents).

  • At all times during the term of the Contract, Vendor shall have available, under direct employment and supervision and/or subcontract agreement fully incorporating the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents, the required qualified and properly licensed (as applicable) personnel to properly fulfill all the terms and conditions of the Contract.

  • NBU and the Contractor each binds itself, its partners, successors, assigns, and legal representatives to the other party hereto, its partners, successors, assigns, and legal representatives in respect to all covenants, agreements, and obligations contained in the Contract Documents.

More Definitions of Contract Documents

Contract Documents means the purchase order, the Contractor’s Quotation, the RFQ and such other documents as listed in the purchase order, including all amendments or addenda agreed between the parties;

All terms defined in the General Conditions shall have the same meaning when used in this Agreement unless otherwise specifically stated or in the case of a conflict in which case the definition used in this Agreement shall prevail in the interpretation of this Agreement.
