Contract Discrepancy Report definition

Contract Discrepancy Report as used herein means a written report that is issued when the Contractor does not meet performance standards under this Agreement.
Contract Discrepancy Report has the meaning set forth in SOW 12.2 (Discrepancy Report) of Exhibt B (Statement of Work) of this Agreement.
Contract Discrepancy Report or “CDR” is a report prepared by County’s Program Manager to inform Contractor of faulty service.

More Definitions of Contract Discrepancy Report

Contract Discrepancy Report means a report prepared by the ADMINISTRATOR, or his designee, to inform the - CONTRACTOR of faulty service. A CDR requires a response from the CONTRACTOR within ten (10) days from date of receipt, or as otherwise specified by the ADMINISTRATOR, explaining the problem, outlining the remedial action being taken to resolve the problem and how recurrence -of the problem will be prevented.
