CONTRACT DIRECTION a. The person authorized by the Company’s procurement organization to administer the Contract (the “Company Buyer” or “Buyer”) is the only person with authority to modify its terms.

Except as otherwise provided herein; all notices to be furnished by the Seller shall be sent to the Buyer Contracts or Procurement Representative.
