Contract Demand definition

Contract Demand means:-
Contract Demand means the maximum demand in kW or kVA (within a consumer’s sanctioned load) agreed to be supplied by the licensee and indicated in the agreement executed between the licensee and the consumer;

Contract Demand means demand in kilowatt (kW)/kilovolt ampere (kVA)/Horse Power (HP) as mutually agreed between Distribution Licensee and the Consumer and as entered into in the agreement for which Distribution Licensee makes specific commitment to supply from time to time in accordance with the governing terms and conditions contained therein or equal to the sanctioned load, where the contract demand has not been provided through /i the agreement.
Contract Demand means, the Load in kW, kVA or HP, as the case may be, agreed to be supplied by the licensee and contracted by the consumer and specified in the agreement (where 1HP = 0.746 KW).
