CONTRACT DEMAND The Contract Demand shall be the kW of demand specified in the Service Agreement.
If gas deliveries to the Terminal Location have been ordered to be curtailed or discontinued in a contract year at the request of the Company and have been curtailed or discontinued as ordered, the Minimum Annual Volume shall be reduced for each day of curtailment or discontinuance by the excess of the Contract Demand over the volume delivered to the Terminal Location on such day.
