Contract Conditions definition

Contract Conditions means the attached conditions that will govern any resultant contract.
Contract Conditions means conditions that satisfy the requirements of the International Standards Organization standard conditions of 59 degrees Fahrenheit and sixty (60) percent relative humidity at sea level.
Contract Conditions means the General Conditions and any Special Conditions of Contract.

Contract Conditions means the terms and/or conditions of the Contract pursuant to which the Contractor is or will be bound to carry out and complete the Works;
