Contract Authority definition

Contract Authority means the Board of Supervisors or the head of the department or agency presenting the proposed contract to the Board of Supervisors.
Contract Authority means the entity named as such in the Order Form and who has entered into a MICTA.

More Definitions of Contract Authority

Contract Authority means the person or body specified at Item 1 of Schedule 1;
