Contraband article definition

Contraband article means any controlled substance, as defined in section 18-18-102 (5), C.R.S., any other drug the possession of which is an offense under the laws of this state, any imitation controlled substance, as defined in section 18-18-420 (3), C.R.S., or any drug paraphernalia, as defined in section 18-18-426, C.R.S.
Contraband article means “Any personal property, including, but not limited to, any vessel, aircraft, item object, tool substance, device, weapon, machine, vehicle of any kind, money, securities, books, records, research, negotiable instruments, or currency, which was used or attempted to be used, as an instrumentality in the commission of, or in aiding and abetting in the commission of, any felony, whether or not comprising an element of the felony, or which is acquired by proceeds obtained as a result of a violation of the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act.”

  • Model Articles means the model articles for private companies limited by guarantee contained in Schedule 2 of the Companies (Model Articles) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/3229) as amended prior to the date of adoption of these Articles;

  • General anesthesia means a drug-induced loss of consciousness during which patients are not arousable, even by painful stimulation. The ability to independently maintain ventilatory function is often impaired. Patients often require assistance in maintaining a patent airway, and positive pressure ventilation may be required because of depressed spontaneous ventilation or drug-induced depression of neuromuscular function. Cardiovascular function may be impaired.

  • emissions of substances not controlled by emission limits means emissions of substances to air, water or land from the activities, either from the emission points specified in schedule 3 or from other localised or diffuse sources, which are not controlled by an emission limit.

  • Emissions allowable under the permit means a federally enforceable permit term or condition determined at issuance to be required by an applicable requirement that establishes an emissions limit (including a work practice standard) or a federally enforceable emissions cap that the source has assumed to avoid an applicable requirement to which the source would otherwise be subject.

  • Contraband means any tangible or intangible article whatsoever which DOC has not previously authorized and may include letters, stamps, tools, weapons, papers, floor implements, writing materials, messages (written and verbal), instruments and the like. Contractors shall discuss any questions regarding such matters with the Facility supervisor immediately upon those questions arising.

  • public sewer or drain means a sewer or drain which belongs to a sewerage undertaker, the Environment Agency, an internal drainage board or a local authority; and

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.

The term does not include long-term storage, manufacture, sales, or service facilities.

  • Superstructure means the part of the bodywork which contributes to the strength of the vehicle in the event of a roll-over accident;
