Continuing Violation definition

Continuing Violation means a violation of these rules that is ongoing and unabated at the time of inspection.

More Definitions of Continuing Violation

Continuing Violation means creating, maintaining, permitting, keeping, allowing, or tolerating a nuisance defined under this Chapter for more than four (4) consecutive calendar days.
