Continuing Security. The security created under or pursuant to this Second Priority Funding Deed of Charge shall be:
Continuing Security means any Security listed in Schedule 16 (Continuing Security).

A continuing care contract is not excluded from this definition because the contract is mutually termina- ble or because shelter and services are not provided at the same location.

  • HMG Security Policy Framework means the Cabinet Office Security Policy Framework (available from the Cabinet Office Security Policy Division) as updated from time to time.

  • Continuing care means some or all of the following services:

  • guarantee contract means a contract entered into by a person as guarantor;
