Continuing Guaranty definition

Continuing Guaranty which includes, without limitation, the possibility that Borrower will contract for additional indebtedness for which Guarantor may be liable hereunder after Xxxxxxxx's financial condition or ability to pay its lawful debts when they fall due has deteriorated.
Continuing Guaranty means the Continuing Guaranty and Indemnification Agreement attached as Exhibit E.
Continuing Guaranty set forth in Section 1.01 of the Loan Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in lieu thereof:

  • Nothing herein shall in any way limit any of the terms or provisions of the Continuing Guaranty of the undersigned, all of which are hereby ratified and affirmed.

More Definitions of Continuing Guaranty

Continuing Guaranty means the unlimited continuing guarantee of all Secured Obligations executed now or at any time hereafter by each Subsidiary, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Continuing Guaranty. For good and valuable consideration, JOHN C.
