Continuing employment definition

Continuing employment means the employment of a person where no fixed ending date for employment was determined at the time of engagement.
Continuing employment means all employment other than fixed-term employment or casual employment.
Continuing employment means employment with no fixed end date. All employment other than fixed-term employment and casual employment will be continuing employment.

Examples of Continuing employment in a sentence

  • Continuing employment throughout the calendar year incorporating a scheduled period of layoff of not more than four (4) months subject to normal recall rights for the position from which the incumbent was laid off.
