Representative is authorized to, in his or her discretion, execute and deliver a Continuing Disclosure Undertaking providing for an undertaking by the Port to assist the Underwriters in complying with the Rule.
The County Council further hereby covenant and agree that they will comply with and carry out all of the provisions of the Continuing Disclosure Undertaking.
The Registrar may be removed at any time at the option of the Designated Port Representative upon prior notice to the Registrar, DTC (or its successor or alternate depository), each party entitled to receive notice pursuant to the Continuing Disclosure Undertaking and a successor Registrar appointed by the Designated Port Representative.
