Continuing Contracts definition

Continuing Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.08(b)(ii).
Continuing Contracts means any Contracts, other than Contracts which are national contracts or which require the consent of the other party thereto to any change-of-control in the applicable Property Owner, that Transferee elects to assume or does not elect, pursuant to Section 6.3 hereof, to require Transferor to terminate.

  • Contract award - The multi-step solicitation shall specify the general types of Services required, the selection process to be used, and the selection criteria for award of the Continuing Contract(s).

  • If this contract contains either the Continuing Contracts clause or the Continuing Contracts (Alternate) clause, the Contractor should take into account the amount reserved for contract payments when preparing the construction schedule.

  • Award of a specific scope of work to a Continuing Contractor - During the term of the Continuing Contract(s), specific scopes of work may be developed and awarded to Continuing Contractor(s), by Amendment to such Continuing Contract(s), provided that the specific scope of work is consistent with the general types of Services upon which award of the Continuing Contract(s) was made.

  • Continuing Contracts to be Performed in Whole or in Part in an Ensuing Fiscal Year: Where a continuing contract is to be performed in whole or in part in an ensuing fiscal year, only the amount required to meet those amounts in the fiscal year in which the contract is made needs to be certified.

  • Firms providing professional services under Master Agreements, Continuing Contracts, or Continuation Contracts will not be required to bid against one another.


More Definitions of Continuing Contracts

Continuing Contracts. - means contracts/agreements relating to the Terminal signed by TOC in form and substance Approved by KPT with business, trade and employees which extend beyond the Expiry Date.
Continuing Contracts means (i) those certain Contracts described in Schedule 1.1C(a) solely to the extent related to a Property or a Theater and (ii) those certain Contracts described in Schedule 1.1C(b).

Continuing Contracts means the following Contracts listed in the Disclosure Schedule: the Xxxxxx Engagement Letter (solely with respect to rights to post-Closing indemnification), Bendre Employment Agreement, the DiPierno Employment Agreement, the Restrictive Covenant Agreement by and between TCI and Xxx Xxxxxxx dated January 16, 2012, the Restrictive Covenant Agreement by and between TCI and Xxxx Xxxxxxx dated December 31, 2004, the Service Agreement between TCI and Project Execution Network LLC dated October 1, 2017 and the Service Agreement by and between TCI and Project Execution Network LLC, dated October 1, 2018.
Continuing Contracts means the service and equipment leasing contracts listed and described in Exhibit "C" hereto. B. "Business Agreement" means any lease, rental agreement, loan agreement, mortgage, easement, covenant, restriction or other agreement or instrument at any time or times affecting all or a portion of the Business Property.
