Continuing Business definition

Continuing Business means the activities of Purchaser on and after the Effective Date arising out of or employing the Business Assets and the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Business Assets.
Continuing Business means, for the purpose of tracking the Earn-Out, the business of TFSB that was acquired pursuant to this Agreement.
