Continuation Date definition

Continuation Date means any date on which Borrower continues a LIBOR Advance into another Interest Period.

More Definitions of Continuation Date

Continuation Date means the date that Borrower’s election to continue a LIBOR Loan for another Interest Period becomes effective in accordance with this Agreement.
Continuation Date means the effective date of a continuation as set forth in the applicable Continuation Notice.
