Contingent Worker definition

Contingent Worker means any Invesco consultant or contractor with access to the firm’s internal network systems.
Contingent Worker means any independent contractor, consultant, contractor, subcontractor, temporary employee, leased employee or other agent used by any Group Company and classified by such Group Company as other than an employee, or compensated other than through wages paid by such Group Company through the Group Company’s payroll function.
Contingent Worker has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16(a).

  • Supplier will comply with HP’s Contingent Worker Code of Conduct as made available at: xxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/go/supplierportal.

  • Any Contingent Worker whose gross pay (exclusive of statutory costs or supplier margin) normally exceeds £3,125 per month will be subject to the cap (£3,125 x 80% = £2,500).
