Contingent Rights definition

Contingent Rights means the rights of certain former minority stockholders of Coating to receive payment for their shares of capital stock of Coating which were converted to common stock of Spinnaker, cash and the right to a contingent payment.

More Definitions of Contingent Rights

Contingent Rights means the rights of the WinView Securityholders to receive the Contingent Consideration, as set forth in Article 3 of this Agreement.
