Contingent Load definition

Contingent Load means Load payable by the Unit Holder at actual basis to the extent of loss incurred by fund due to disinvestments if Units are redeemed by any major Unit Holder in such period of time that the Management Company believes may adversely affect the interest of other Unit Holder(s). Any Contingent Load received will form part of the Trust Property.
Contingent Load means amount payable by the Unit Holder on redemption of Units at actual basis as specified in the Offering Document. Any such amount would be treated as part of the Deposited Property.
Contingent Load means Sales Load payable not exceeding 5% of the Net Asset Value, if Units are redeemed by any major Unit Holder in such period of time that the Management Company believes, may adversely affect the interest of other Unit Holders. Examples of Contingent Load in a sentence

  • In the event the Units are redeemed by any major Unit Holder in such period of time that the Management Company believes, may adversely affect the interest of other Unit Holder(s), it may charge Contingent Load on such redemption.

More Definitions of Contingent Load

Contingent Load means a load payable by the Unit Holder of Allocation Plan(s), which will be applicable only in case of redemption of units before the initial maturity period of the respective Allocation Plan(s). Any Contingent load received shall form part of the Fund Property. Provided that contingent load commensurate with net loss incurred due to early redemption.
Contingent Load means Load payable by the Unit Holder on redemption and at the time of transaction. Any Contingent Load received will form part of the Trust Property.
