Contingency Arrangements definition

Contingency Arrangements means such arrangements as IUK may adopt from time to time to deal with any material failures in the IUK Information System and/or in the connections within the IUK Area of Responsibility;
Contingency Arrangements means such arrangements as Interconnector may adopt from time to time to deal with any material failures in the Interconnector Information System and/or in the connections within the Interconnector Area of Responsibility;
Contingency Arrangements means the Contractor’s pre-determined plans for dealing with provision of the Services during those times when there is an emergency or other operational issue that prevents the Contractor from providing the Services at the designated Reception Point;
