Content Material definition

Content Material means all written copy, illustrations, diagrams, photographs or other materials provided to you as part of the Content Services.
Content Material means product information, text, images, and any other relevant and/or legally required information relating to the listing of Goods on GrabMart/ GrabFood, including third party and Merchant's trademarks and other intellectual property rights related materials.
Content Material means the configurations, templates, tools, learning materials, process flows, maps and structures of D O which is generated by DO.

Content Material means the configurations, process flows, maps and structures for the third party software used by the production client of Licensee which is generated by WORKSOFT and used for analyzing and testing the third party software used by the production client of Licensee.
Content Material means all written copy, illustrations, diagrams, photographs, animations, 3D models, video or other materials provided to you as part of the Content Services but excluding , elements (in source and object code) which form part of the generic functionality of the Website or elements (in source and object code) which implement visual features or the layouts of the Website (including, but not limited to, the Content Materials.

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Court or Court Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Publicity Material means the promotional gifts, catalogues, pamphlets and all and any advertising and publicity material whatsoever which an Exhibitor wishes to display, distribute or use at the Exhibition.

  • Promotional Material means any communication that relates to the Company or its services made to or directed at, or that relates in any way to the solicitation of a Prospective Customer or a transaction in an Existing Customer’s trading account. Promotional Material includes, but is not limited to, published written texts, training materials, advertisements, market analysis, research reports, correspondence to Existing Customers or Prospective Customers, newsletters and generally anything written that assists in the solicitation process.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Promotional Materials means the core written, printed, video or graphic advertising, promotional, educational and communication materials (other than Collaboration Product labeling) for marketing, advertising and promotion of the Collaboration Products.
