Content Manager an Authorized User who is given administrative privileges to manage Customer Data and limited privileges to manage Authorized Users’ profiles and privileges. Content Manager Seat: one position afforded to one Content Manager only. Customer: the person or entity who is granted a license or multiple licenses, depending upon the size of its user base, to enable its Authorized Users to use the Services and the Documentation. Customer Data: the data inputted by designated Content Manager(s) of the Customer or the Supplier on the Customer's behalf for the purpose of using the Services or facilitating the Customer’s use of the Services. Documentation: the document made available to the Customer by the Supplier online or such other web address notified by THE NEXT PHASE to the Customer from time to time which sets out a description of the Services and the user instructions for the Services.
