Container Terminal Services definition

Container Terminal Services means the services to be provided to the Customer by MICT under these TOB;
Container Terminal Services means the Container Terminal Services, which the Terminal Operator provides, as defined in Appendix III and in Clause 4 of the Contract.
Container Terminal Services means the services to be provided to the Customer by the Contractor under the Contract as set out in section 2 of these ToB;

Examples of Container Terminal Services in a sentence

  • Any Container Terminal Services not specified in Appendix I shall be provided in accordance with this Agreement and at rates included in the standard tariff published or made available to the Customer at the time the Container Terminal Services are provided.

  • This includes any and all liability resulting from any delayed provision of the Container Terminal Services if not specifically agreed differently between the Parties.

  • The Container Terminal Services shall be provided at the container terminal which is operated by APM Terminals (the “Terminal”).


More Definitions of Container Terminal Services

Container Terminal Services means the services to be provided to the Customer by CMIT under these Standard Terms and Conditions in accordance with Schedules I and II, including all such other services which may be agreed between the Parties from time to time;
Container Terminal Services means the services to be provided to the Customer by HCTL under this TOB ;
Container Terminal Services means the services provided by the DP World Relevant Entity more particularly described in Section B - Part 7 of these Terms.
Container Terminal Services means the services to be provided to the Customer by the Terminal in respect of Container Cargo or Container ships;
Container Terminal Services means the services to be provided to the Customer by DPWM under these T&C;

Related to Container Terminal Services

  • Container Terminal means any container terminal contemplated in section 6(1)(i);

  • Additional Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(a).

  • Terminal means a device authorized by a Party Lottery to function in an on-line, interactive mode with the lottery's computer gaming system for the purpose of issuing lottery tickets and entering, receiving, and processing lottery transactions, including purchases, validating tickets, and transmitting reports.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Bulk gasoline terminal means a gasoline storage facility which receives gasoline from its supply source primarily by pipeline, ship, or barge, and delivers gasoline to bulk gasoline plants or to commercial or retail accounts primarily by tank truck; and has an average daily throughput of more than 76,000 liters (20,000 gallons) of gasoline.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Professional Services means those services within the scope of the practice of architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping, as defined by the laws of Florida, or those services performed by any architect, professional engineer, landscape architect, or registered surveyor and mapper, in connection with the firm's or individual's professional employment or practice.
