Contact Documents definition

Contact Documents are further defined in the Asset Maintenance Scope of Services.
Contact Documents means the Notice to Bidders, Information for Bidders, Proposal, Agreement, Contract Bonds, Performance Specifications, Appendices, and any Addenda to any of the foregoing.
Contact Documents means the “Itron Support Services Contacts” document, which can be obtained by calling (877) 487-6602, including for example, the Itron Equipment Repair Table and Working Effectively with Itron Client Services documents.

Examples of Contact Documents in a sentence

  • Any payment provision of the Contract Documents, partial or entire use or occupancy by the Owner shall not constitute an acceptance of any work not in accordance with the Contact Documents.

  • All the tender documents including NIT & B.O.Q. will be the part & parcel of the Contact Documents.

  • Each Bidder shall at its sole cost and expense inspect the Site to become fully acquainted with conditions affecting the Work and carefully review the Contact Documents; submission of a Bid Proposal is prima facie evidence of such action by the Bidder.

  • The Design Professional shall prepare any responses to reasonable requests from the Contractor for additional information about the Contact Documents.

  • Shop drawings are the Contractor’s manufacturer, Subcontractor, supplier, vendor or the Contractor’s detailed drawings showing particularized method for assembly, specifics to a manufacturer, manufacturer component installation requirements, specifics as to a manufactured item, alterations to a manufactured, a custom created item, or drawn version of more detailed information expanding on the Architect’s design shown in the Contact Documents.

  • If such Work was inspected and found not to be in conformance with the Contact Documents, the Contractor shall pay the cost of uncovering and replacement without a change in Contract Time.

  • The Owner may at his option accept Work which is not in accordance with the requirements of the Contact Documents instead of requiring its removal and correction.

  • The Contractor shall promptly correct Work rejected by the Architect for failing to conform to the requirements of the Contact Documents, whether observed before or after Substantial Completion and whether or not fabricated, installed, or completed.

  • Other tests, inspections, and approvals required by the Contact Documents shall also be made at the appropriate times.

  • Amounts deemed reasonably necessary for completion of the work remaining in an individual bid item, or for the completion of the total work covered by the Contact Documents.


More Definitions of Contact Documents

Contact Documents means collectively the Tender Documents, Designs, Drawings, Specifications, Bill of Quantities, Notice of Award and agreed variations, if any, and such other documents as the same more specifically identified in the Agreement together with all written amendments, Change Orders, Directives and Design Consultants interpretations and clarifications issued on or after the date of the Agreement.
Contact Documents shall have the meanings ascribed respectively to them in the Application Form.

Related to Contact Documents

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Contract Document means collectively the e-Tender documents, designs, drawings, specifications, agreed variations, if any and such other documents constituting the e-Tender and acceptance thereof.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Recipient’s manual referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.

  • Material Project Documents means, collectively, the Power Purchase Agreement, the EPC Contract, the Transmission Facilities Construction Agreement, the O&M Agreement, the Coal Supply Agreements, the Coal Transportation Agreement and all other instruments, agreements or other documents arising from or related to the Project, but shall not include any Financing Agreement.

  • Project Document means any one of the foregoing;

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Federal contract information means information, not intended for public release, that is provided by or generated for the Government under a contract to develop or deliver a product or service to the Government, but not including information provided by the Government to the public (such as on public Web sites) or simple transactional information, such as necessary to process payments.

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.

  • Special Contract Attachments means any attachment to this Contract.

  • Project Contract means a Project Contract as such term is defined in the RfP; “Proposal” means a Proposal as such term is defined in the RfP;

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Business Contact Information means the names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of a party’s personnel, officers and directors and, with respect to Client, such information regarding Client’s vendors and customers that Accenture may have access to in maintaining the parties’ business relationship.

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Contract Data means any information provided in the tender document and agreed to by the Bidder.

  • Product Documentation means the specific materials listed under “Product Documentation” at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, as updated by Vocera from time to time.

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • Design Documentation means all schematics and test, assembly and package documentation relating to the Product, including all design, specification and assembly documentation and data files for Materials, which is necessary for the production, manufacture, qualification, testing and delivery of the Product to be attached as Exhibit A.

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Contact Information means information to enable an individual at a place of business to be contacted and includes the name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business email or business fax number of the individual;

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
