Contact Center definition

Contact Center means a centralized system equipped for receiving a large volume of incoming communication by telephone, e-mail, fax, online chat, or other means of communication and where communications are handled, with some amount of computer automation, to respond to incoming inquiries and track appropriate data. Contact Centers may be specific to Enrollees or to providers. The Contact Centers of subcontractors are included.
Contact Center means the contact center solution for handling communication between the Customer and its End Users. The Contact Center may be located at several Sites and may include disseminated End Users.

Contact Center means a central point in from which HPI manages customer contacts.

Franchisor, at Franchisor’s election and determination, maintains sole discretion to manage, control and coordinate all Contact Center communications, including initial communications, on-going communications and responsive communications for purposes that, at Franchisor’s discretion, may include: (a) receiving and responding to telephone calls from prospective customers; (b) receiving and responding to telephone calls from prospective customers attempting to contact a System representative, (c) Receiving and responding to telephone calls, emails, web chats, web contacts, lead generation source contacts and other contacts that Franchisee may receive from prospective customers, current customers and former customers of the Franchised Business; (d) to individually and/or collectively process, schedule, reschedule, book and/or monitor estimate appointments with customers and prospective customers of the Franchised Business; (e) to individually and/or collectively process, schedule, reschedule, book and/or monitor service appointments with customers and prospective customers of the Franchised Business; and/or (f) to individually and/or collectively process and respond complaints and/or additional inquiries from customers or prospective customers of the Franchised Business.
