Consumer Rights definition

Consumer Rights has the meaning given to it in clause 12.1;
Consumer Rights means those rights enumerated in Title 22 M.R.S.A. §7921 et seq., 22 M.R.S.A. §7853(6), which apply to assisted housing programs, and Section 5 of these regulations.

Consumer Rights has the meaning given in the Consumer Rights Statement in the Schedule. Consumed Electricity means all Generated Electricity used by the Customer. Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement.
