Consumer Credit Laws definition

Consumer Credit Laws means all laws, rules, regulations, codes, ordinances, orders, decrees, judgments, injunctions, notices or binding agreements issued, promulgated or entered into by any Governmental Authority, relating in any way to consumer credit, including the origination, brokering, marketing, servicing or collection of consumer loans.
Consumer Credit Laws means the requirements of all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations and guidelines (including consent decrees and administrative orders) relating to consumer credit and protection or the rent-to-own industry, including without limitation, usury laws, the Federal Truth-in- Lending Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Billing Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Magnxxxx-Xxxx Xxxranty Act, Federal Reserve Board Regulations B, M and Z, state adaptations of the National Consumer Act and of the Uniform Consumer Credit Code, and laws regarding unfair and deceptive practices, and any and all other Consumer Credit Laws regarding the ability of a Person to charge interest
Consumer Credit Laws has the meaning set forth in Section 3.22.
