Consumer Commission definition

Consumer Commission means a District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission established in a District under section 28 of the Act, a State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission established in a State under section 42 of the Act or the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission established under section 53 of the Act;
Consumer Commission means the Consumer Protection Commission established by section 3;
Consumer Commission means a District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, a State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission;
