Notwithstanding the foregoing, if current license or credential documents are not available through no fault of the NPS/A, timely application having theretofore been made, this Master Contract shall remain in effect until such documents are made available to the NPS/A from the Consumer Affairs Department or the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
