Consulting Rate definition

Consulting Rate means the hourly rate that Symantec shall pay for all consulting on projects of no more than * US Dollars (US $*) an hour, for the actual time it takes to provide the requested project, and subject to receipt of an itemized bxxx with a billing break down of one fifteenths (1/15th) increments of an hour for any project of less than a full hour.
Consulting Rate shall have the meaning set forth in SECTION 3.1 hereof.
Consulting Rate means the consulting rate established for each Consulting Personnel by NSIMG. Such consulting rate may be a daily rate, an hourly rate, a monthly rate, or such other rate as NSIMG determines to be appropriate based on the Management and Consulting Services to be provided by NSIMG.

More Definitions of Consulting Rate

Consulting Rate means the following: (a) for the first twelve (12) months of his consultancy, the Consulting Rate shall be a rate equal to (i) 90% of the Salary in effect as of the Employee's last day of employment (the "Last Salary") plus (ii) one-half of the Employee's Bonus pursuant to Section 4.1 hereof for the prior fiscal year (the "Last One-Half Bonus"), and (b) for each twelve (12) months thereafter, the Consulting Rate shall be determined by multiplying the Last Salary and the Last One-Half Bonus by the Applicable Percentage set forth in the schedule below as follows:

Related to Consulting Rate

  • Base Compensation means the amount equal to the sum of (i) the greater of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary or Executive’s Annual Base Salary as of the date one day prior to the Change in Control, and (ii) the Average Incentive Bonus.

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Consulting physician means a physician who is qualified by specialty or experience to make a professional diagnosis and prognosis regarding the patient's disease.

  • Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.

  • Monthly Base Salary means 1/12th of the greater of (i) Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control Termination or a Covered Termination, as applicable, or (ii) in the case of a Change in Control Termination, Executive’s annual base salary (excluding incentive pay, premium pay, commissions, overtime, bonuses and other forms of variable compensation) as in effect on the date of a Change in Control.

  • Base Salary shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

  • Consulting Engineer /"Consultant" shall mean any firm or person duly appointed as such from time to time by the owner.

  • Consulting Engineers means the independent engineer or engineering firm or corporation employed in connection with any Project to perform and carry out the duties of the Consulting Engineer under this Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture.

  • Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by the Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the services of Construction Manager’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project. A Monthly Salary Rate must be established for each salaried person and must be approved in writing by the Owner in advance of any Application for Payment for that person. The Monthly Salary Rate is for convenience only and any payments made for Construction Manager’s personnel are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages and allowable employer contributions incurred by the Construction Manager for services performed for the Project.

  • Average Compensation means the average of your W-2 wages from the Company for the five (5) calendar years completed immediately prior to the calendar year in which the Change in Control is effected. Any W-2 wages for a partial year of employment will be annualized, in accordance with the frequency which such wages are paid during such partial year, before inclusion in Average Compensation.

  • Repo Rate on any day means the highest interest rate available to a Lender from investment in overnight repurchase agreements.
