Consulting Contract definition

Consulting Contract means a written contract between a Consultant (or a company or partnership of which the individual Consultant is an employee or a shareholder or partner) and the Company, governing the terms with respect to the provision of the Consultant’s services to the Company;

Consulting Contract means any contract between the Corporation or any Designated Affiliate of the Corporation and any Eligible Consultant relating to, or entered into in connection with, services to be provided to the Corporation or a Designated Affiliate by the Eligible Consultant;
