Consultative Committee means the Gene Technology Community Consultative Committee established by section 106 of the Commonwealth Act;

More Definitions of Consultative Committee

Consultative Committee means the Consultative Committee of the business community and other interest groups established by Article 7 of this Treaty; "co-operation" includes the undertaking by the Member States in common, jointly or in concert of activities undertaken in furtherance of the objectives of the Common Market as provided for under this Treaty or under any contract or agreement made thereunder or in relation to the objectives of the Common Market;

Double time and a half means one and a half days wages in addition to the Employee's ordinary time rate of pay or pro rata if there is more or less than a day. Employee means an employee of the Employer. Employer means The Trustee for Seymours Family Trust T/As Seymours Building & Construction Pty Ltd FW Act means the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth).
