Consultant Policies definition

Consultant Policies mean the Policies for the Selection and Contracting of Consultants Financed by the Inter-American Development Bank in force at the time of the approval of the Loan by the Bank.

  • If the Procurement Policies or the Consultant Policies are amended by the Bank, the procurement of goods and works and non-consulting services and the selection and contracting of consulting services shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the modified Procurement Policies and Consultants Policies, once they are made known to the Beneficiary and the Beneficiary agrees in writing to apply them.

  • The Beneficiary acknowledges and undertakes to inform the Executing Agency, the Contracting Agency and the specialized agency, as the case may be, of the Procurement Policies and the Consultant Policies.

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.

  • Investment Policy means the investment policy from time to time determined by the Commission under the Rules;

  • Subconsultant means any person or entity to whom/which the Consultant subcontracts any part of the Services in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 50.

  • Consultant means any person, including an advisor, engaged by the Company or a Parent or Subsidiary to render services to such entity.

  • Non-Consultant Services means services under the Project, which services will be bid and contracted on the basis of performance of measurable physical outputs.
