Consultant Costs definition

Consultant Costs has the meaning given in clause 33.10 (Enhanced Co-operation).
Consultant Costs means the fees and expenses incurred by the Insured(s) for the advisory services of the Crisis Consultants referred to in “What to do in a Crisis?” attached to this policy, provided to assist the Insured(s) in responding to an Insured Event. Consultant Costs shall not include any of the costs described in DEFINITIONS 2.14 set forth below.
Consultant Costs means the reasonable cost and fess of ExpertRECALL and Xxxxxx Strategic Communications to assist the Insured in responding to an Insured Event.
