Consultancy Contract definition

Consultancy Contract means the Contract signed by the Parties, to which these Conditions of Consultancy Contract are attached, together with all the documents of such signed Contract.
Consultancy Contract means the written agreement in place between the Employer and the Consultant;
Consultancy Contract means the agreement entered into between the Beneficiary and the Consultant for the performance of the Services, including all attachments thereto and all documents incorporated therein, as attached in Exhibit 1 to the Agreement.
