Construction Value definition

Construction Value means the value prescribed by the Chief Building Official to represent the total value of all work, services, and materials associated with the construction for which a permit is applied;
Construction Value means the value of the improvement on the eligible development as determined by a certificate from the Property Owner’s design professional, in form and content satisfactory to the City’s General Manager of Planning and Development;

More Definitions of Construction Value

Construction Value means the value of construction provided by the builder or his agent or a construction valuation calculation accepted as an equivalent by the Building Inspector.
Construction Value or “project value” means the total costs to the owner for the building construction in its completed form and includes the cost of design, all building work, materials of construction, building systems, and labour and profit of the contractor and subcontractors, but does not include the cost of non-fixed furnishings or non-fixed equipment.
