Construction Specifications definition

Construction Specifications means the Construction Specifications forming part of the Project Agreement, which shall be comprised of several parts including, initially, the document contained in Appendix C (Bermuda Airport Preliminary Owner’s Requirements) of Schedule C (Project Agreement Heads of Terms) of this Airport Development Agreement, and, when the Construction Specifications are fully developed, shall also contain the conceptual design of the new Airport and such other documents as are required to reflect the full scope of the Phase I Construction Works;
Construction Specifications means the specifications, criteria and requirements for materials and products, procedures and methodology for providing, performing and carrying out the Design and Construction as developed by Project Co in accordance with this Agreement.
Construction Specifications means those specifications developed by the Contractor to define and control the specific requirements, conditions, means, and methods to be used for the Work.

Construction Specifications means the written and detailed technical requirements, prepared by the Owner or its consultants or representatives, for materials, equipment, systems, standards, and workmanship for the work under this Contract and related services to be performed under the Contract.
