Construction Schedules mean, collectively, schedules describing the sequencing of the components of work to be undertaken in connection with the Riviera Black Hawk, which schedules (as the same may be amended to the extent permitted herein) demonstrate that the Riviera Black Hawk will be Operating prior to the Operating Deadline.
