Construction Reports definition

Construction Reports means reports to be submitted by the Concessionaire addressing the matters identified under Clause 5.3.1, together with such other matters as the Government may reasonably specify from time to time;
Construction Reports has the meaning set forth in Section 5.14(a)(i).
Construction Reports means any report prepared by Person, including, without limitation, any architect, contractor, or engineer in connection with the construction or substantial rehabilitation of any Project.

Construction wastes include, but are not limited to lumber, wire, sheetrock, broken brick, shingles, glass, pipes, concrete, paving materials, and metal and plastics if the metal or plastics are a part of the materials of construction or empty containers for such materials. Paints, coatings, solvents, asbestos, any liquid, compressed gases or semi-liquids and garbage are not construction wastes.

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Reconciliation Report refers to the Reconciliation Report as referenced in s. 3 of Reg 264/07 under LHSIA.
