Construction Progress Schedule definition

Construction Progress Schedule means the schedule for performance of the Contract; showing the time for completing the Work within the Contract Times; the planned sequence for performing the various components of the Work; and the interrelationship between the activities of the Contractor, A/E, and Owner; as periodically updated during the performance of the Work.
Construction Progress Schedule means, with respect to a Project, the schedule for the Development Work submitted to and approved by the Lender, as such schedule may be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of this Loan Agreement.
Construction Progress Schedule means the schedule for the Development Work and the Construction Improvements prepared by the Borrower, as such schedule may be amended in accordance with the provisions of SECTION 5.11.

Related to Construction Progress Schedule

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract. Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
