Construction Plans definition

Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

Construction Plans means all construction documentation upon which Borrower and Borrower's general contractor rely in constructing all the Improvements on the Property (including the units in the Development, landscaping, parking, and common areas) and includes, but is not limited to, final architectural drawings, landscaping plans and specifications, final elevations, building plans and specifications (also known as "working drawings").

Construction Plans. The complete plans and specifications for the construction of the Tenant Improvements consisting of all architectural, engineering, mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications which are required to obtain all building permits, licenses and certificates from the applicable governmental authority(ies) for the construction of the Tenant Improvements.
