Construction Permits definition

Construction Permits means any permits issued by the Governmental Authority having jurisdiction that grant Seller the authority to develop and construct the Generating Facility on the Site. Construction Permits include conditional use permit and authority to construct.
Construction Permits means all governmental permits and licenses required by applicable law to construct the Developer Project.

More Definitions of Construction Permits

Construction Permits means any permit issued by the City or other jurisdiction that is required in order to begin construction of any on-site or off-site improvements related to development of the Mill Town Property, including but not limited to public improvements, grading, electrical, gas, plumbing, mechanical, or structural.
