Construction Facilities definition

Construction Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b) of this Credit Agreement.

Construction Facilities means the Facilities identified on Schedule 1(a) as being under construction and for which a Construction Budget has been attached as Schedule 1(b).

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".
