Construction Cost Limitation. (CCL) means the maximum monetary amount payable to the Construction Manager for all Construction Phase services, materials, labor and other work required for completion of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The CCL includes, without limitation, the General Conditions Costs, the Cost of the Work, the Construction Phase Fee and the Construction Manager’s Contingency.
