Construction Contracts definition

Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.
Construction Contracts means any and all contracts, written or oral, between the Borrower and any Contractor and any subcontractor and between any of the foregoing and any other person or entity relating in any way to the construction of the Project, including the performing of labor or the furnishing of standard or specially fabricated materials in connection therewith.
Construction Contracts means the agreements between the Contracting Party and the Contractors providing for the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Project.

More Definitions of Construction Contracts

Construction Contracts has the meaning given to such term in Section 11(a).
Construction Contracts means the General Construction Contract and the Major Subcontracts.
Construction Contracts means all of the contract(s) for construction of any of the Projects.

Construction Contracts means a written agreement whereby the Authority is committed to expend or does expend funds for the acquisition, construction, demolition, replacement, major repair or renovation of real property and improvements thereon.
Construction Contracts means, collectively, all construction contracts related to the construction of the Improvements, and the acquisition and installation of all equipment and other Property required for the Project between the Contractors and Borrower, including all amendments, modifications, restatements and supplements thereof and thereto.
Construction Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(A).
