The approved Schedule of Values shall be updated to reflect current Change Orders and Construction Change Directives and submitted each month to Design Professional along with a completed and notarized copy of the Application for Payment form attached to the Agreement as Exhibit G.
This subsystem shall enable Construction Contractor to plan effectively and Owner to monitor and control the funds available for the Project, cash flow, costs, Change Orders, Construction Change Directives, payments, and other major financial factors by comparison of budget, estimate, total commitment, amounts invoiced, and amounts payable, and also enable Owner to stay informed as to the overall Project status.
The Contract Documents consist of this Agreement, the Exhibits described in Section 8 hereof, and any duly executed and issued addenda, Change Orders, Construction Change Directives, and amendments signed by Owner relating thereto.
Construction Change Directives shall be issued using AIA Form G714.
With respect to portions of the Work performed by Change Orders and Construction Change Directives, Developer shall keep and maintain cost-accounting records satisfactory to the District, including, without limitation, Job Cost Reports as provided in these General Conditions, which shall be available to the District on the same terms as any other books and records Developer is required to maintain under the Contract Documents.
Any requirements under this Article shall be equally applicable to Change Orders or Construction Change Directives issued to Subcontractors by Developer to the extent required by the Contract Documents.
The Consultant shall prepare Change Orders and Construction Change Directives for approval by the Owner and XXXX and for execution in accordance with the Contract Documents.
The Contractor shall make available, at the Project site, the Contract Documents, including Change Orders, Construction Change Directives, and other Modifications, in good order and marked currently to indicate field changes and selections made during construction, and the approved Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples, and similar required submittals.
The Contractor shall maintain the following project records at the project site: • Construction Schedule • Plans and Drawings • Specifications • Addenda • Change Orders • Construction Change Directives • Shop Drawings • Product Data • Samples • Required Submittals • Superintendent's Log Records shall be maintained in good order and, marked to reflect current changes and selections made during the construction process.
Such Applications for Payment may include requests for payment on account of changes in the Trade Contractor Work that have been properly authorized by Construction Change Directives, but not yet included in a Contract Revision.
