Construction Agency Agreement definition

Construction Agency Agreement means the Construction Agency Agreement dated as of the Initial Closing Date between the Construction Agent and the Lessor, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof or of any other Operative Agreement.
