Construction Administration Phase definition

Construction Administration Phase means the Services described in Section 7(x) below together with such Additional Services as directed by the Owner.
Construction Administration Phase means that phase of the Design Services that follows completion of the Construction Documents Phase, during which the DPOR continues to perform Design Administration Services.

  • Contractor shall prepare and maintain a construction schedule in Xxxxx chart format during the project Construction Administration Phase through the Close-out Phase.

  • Architect acknowledges that the District, DSA, and/or the Inspector of Record may require Architect to submit changes or clarifications to the Construction Drawings and other documentation to DSA for its consideration and approval during the Construction Administration Phase (“DSA Request”).

  • The Consultant shall not be entitled to additional fees for such time extensions or for other reasonably anticipated extensions to the time allocated for the Construction Administration Phase.

  • Contractor shall prepare and maintain a construction schedule in Gantt chart format during the project Construction Administration Phase through the Close-out Phase.

  • A/E shall prepare and maintain a design and estimated construction schedule in a format reasonably acceptable to County during project phases prior to the Construction Administration Phase.

  • The Architect will review and inventory existing furnishings and equipment, design and specify new furnishings and fixtures to be selected, and provide oversight for installation and inspection of existing furnishings and fixtures during the Construction Administration Phase.

Construction Administration Phase means the Construction Administration Phase of the Project as described in Section IV.B.7.

Related to Construction Administration Phase

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Medication administration means the direct application of medications by injection, inhalation, ingestion, or any other means to an individual receiving services by (i) persons legally permitted to administer medications or (ii) the individual at the direction and in the presence of persons legally permitted to administer medications.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Construction management at-risk means a project delivery method in which the District awards separate contracts, one for architectural and engineering services to design an infrastructure facility and the second to a construction manager at-risk for both construction of the infrastructure facility according to the design and construction management services.

  • Pre-Construction Phase Services means the participation, documentation and execution of Contractor’s Pre-Construction Phase deliverables as required by this Agreement and further defined in Article 5.

  • Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • Construction-manager-at-risk means a project delivery method in which:

  • Office of the Interconnection Control Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by the Office of the Interconnection to coordinate and direct the operation of the PJM Region and to administer the PJM Interchange Energy Market, including facilities and equipment used to communicate and coordinate with the Market Participants in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region. On-Site Generators:

  • Settlement Administration Costs means all costs and fees of the Settlement Administrator regarding Notice and Settlement administration.

  • Construction Management Agreement means the Construction Management Agreement, dated as of the date of the Common Agreement, between Construction Manager and the Project Company.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Construction industry means the work activity designated in sector group 23 - construction of the North American classification system - United States Office of Management and Budget, 1997 edition.

  • Administration of Medication means the act of placing a medication in or on an individual's body by a staff member who is responsible for the individual's care.

  • Data Protection Impact Assessment means an assessment by the Controller of the impact of the envisaged processing on the protection of Personal Data.

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Contract administration office also means a contract management office of the Defense Contract Management Agency.

  • Federal Aviation Administration and "FAA" mean the United States Federal Aviation Administration and any agency or instrumentality of the United States government succeeding to their functions.

  • Self-Administration of Medication means the individual manages and takes his or her own medication, identifies his or her medication and the times and methods of administration, places the medication internally in or externally on his or her own body without staff assistance upon written order of a physician, and safely maintains the medication without supervision.

  • Project Preparation Advance is modified to read “Preparation Advance” and its definition is modified to read as follows:

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Construction management contract means a contract in which a party is retained by the owner to

  • Construction activity means any clearing, grading or excavation associated with large construction activity or associated with small construction activity.

  • Administrative User means any of Your employees, consultants, independent contractors or customers to whom You grant administrative permission to access the Services in accordance with Company’s entitlements and procedures and this Agreement (where “administrative permission” includes, but is not limited to, the right to create, modify and delete User accounts, as well as the right to access and modify Your billing information and other functionality available through Company’s administrative control panel).

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;
