Constructed Conveyance definition

Constructed Conveyance means any human-made conduit such as ditches, culverts, waterways, flumes, mine drains, canals or any human-altered natural water bodies or waterways as determined by the Authority.
Constructed Conveyance means, in the context of a water system, any manmade conduit for water, including ditches, culverts, waterways, flumes, mine drains, or canals; a constructed conveyance does not include a water haul vehicle or water that is delivered by bottle, other package unit, vending machine, or cooler.
