Constituent Companies definition

Constituent Companies has the meaning specified in Section 2.1(a).
Constituent Companies and “Constituent Company” are defined in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Constituent Companies means, collectively, Holdings, Sterling and all other direct or indirect subsidiaries of Holdings.
